About the role:

Pompa Program is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a faith-driven environment that values individual well-being and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.


  • HR Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Handle employee documentation, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Recruitment Support:
    • Collaborate with HR team to coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
    • Assist in the development of job descriptions and support the recruitment strategy.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Support HR in fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
    • Planning and coordinating company events including the annual company Christmas party.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
    • Stay informed about HR laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's policies and procedures are compliant.
    • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
  • Data Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR metrics.


  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Rippling preferred) and Google Suite.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and navigate technical aspects related to HRIS and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Compensation Range:
$50-60k salary
