About the role:

Pompa Program is looking for a motivated and well spoken Warehouse Admin/Logistics Admin to join our team. The Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of functions that contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of shipments to customers.


  • Respond to customer issues within our systems
  • Proven customer service experience, including professional electronic communication
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience
  • Ability to speak to customers on the phone, handling their issues with courtesy
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, kit, wrap, label,
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Maintain a clean organized workstation
  • Meet and/or exceed quality performance metrics through consistent quality monitoring and employee
  • Escalate issues/risks that impact quality or performance
  • Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting
  • Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education
    activities as requested by Company
  • Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects

Compensation Range:

$20 - 24 hour

This a full time onsite at our Draper, UT warehouse location, 8 hour shift during the day.
