About the role:

Pompa Program is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Advocacy Specialist to build, manage, and grow our advocate community. You will play a crucial role in engaging customers, collecting valuable feedback, and fostering strong relationships with those who actively promote and support Pompa products. This role requires expertise in developing advocacy programs, engaging customers on owned platforms, and ensuring that customer voices are heard and documented.

Responsibilities:

  • Voice of Customer (VOC) Documentation: Collect, analyze, and document customer feedback to ensure the Voice of the Customer is heard and reflected in company strategy.
  • Advocacy Program Development: Design and implement customer advocacy programs that align with Pompa Program’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Customer Engagement on Owned Platforms: Foster positive interactions with customers on our owned platforms, building trust and encouraging advocacy.
  • Identify Advocates: Leverage data and insights to identify satisfied customers who are passionate about Pompa products and may serve as advocates.
  • Advocacy Campaigns: Develop and manage targeted advocacy campaigns that empower customers to share their success stories and experiences with our products.
  • Advocate Community: Build and manage a strong, engaged community of advocates who actively promote Pompa Program and contribute to its growth.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities for our products.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of advocacy programs, campaigns, and community engagement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer advocacy, customer engagement, or community management roles.
  • Strong understanding of advocacy program development and VOC documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to foster relationships and build trust with customers.
  • Experience with metrics and reporting tools to assess program success.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of Pompa Program.

You will be interviewed, assessed, and expected to perform the following based on the job scorecard below:

  • Secure first enrollments in Brand Ambassador Program from outside sources
  • Creation of repository of customer documentation, including quotes, success stories, testimonials
  • Create minimum of 2 unique ideas per quarter around repurpose/use customer material

Compensation Range: $50k to $59k
