The Role

This is a 1099 role

Pompa Program LLC is looking for a full time Client Success Representative to join our operations team. The Client Success Representative will provide services to Pompa Program LLC. The Client Success Representative is responsible for the relationship-focused management of our clients. The Client Success Representative works with clients to understand their desired outcomes from the Pompa Program LLC and sets personalized benchmarks for success

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client success KPIs within assigned client base.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and have a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Manage recurring cadence with clients to understand each client’s desired outcome from the Pompa Program and sets personalized benchmarks for success.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience. Discover feedback trends to find opportunities to enhance our client’s experience.
  • Maintain a report of client’s relationship status and report on any relationship risks within the assigned client base.
  • Develop and manage client service improvement plans, and effectively work with the needed internal departments.
  • Utilize internal software platforms and resources.
  • Confirm during closure of onboarding projects with clients what we’ve learned about the client, ensure alignment around goals and milestones, reset expectations where there is any confusion, and align with the client on their client success plan.
  • Serve as the client’s point of escalation on service inquiries as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with customers
  • Must own a smartphone and a computer with Zoom capabilities, and be proficient in using them
  • Highly motivated, energetic with the ability to excel in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Either experience in customer success or sales (at least 1 year verifiable by references)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills including client-facing interaction.
  • Excellent project management skills with some experience in tech industries or alternative medicine
  • The ability to be agile and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range:

Job Type: Full-time/1099
$50k base + commission = $72k OTE
