About the role:

Pompa Program is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. This role is crucial in optimizing our online presence and driving lead conversions. You will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to building brand awareness while increasing online traffic through SEO, content marketing, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing, implementing, and managing Pompa Program's digital marketing strategy to enhance the company's online visibility.
  • Analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Continuously improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive more organic traffic to the website.
  • Contribute to the ideation and creation of compelling content marketing, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media messages.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to convert leads into qualified prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product development teams to develop brand awareness and strengthen Pompa Program’s online reputation.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure that every piece of content includes effective Calls to Action (CTAs) to guide audience engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Pompa Program’s growth and mission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Strong content creation skills, particularly in creating compelling and engaging online content.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present clear and actionable reports.

You will be interviewed, assessed, and expected to perform the following based on the job scorecard below:

  • SEMRush SiteHealth Score of 90%+ on our digital properties
  • Establish a baseline of digital property metrics, using Google Analytics (e.g. website traffic, bounce rate, time on page), in order to create an improvement plan demonstrating progress
  • Create minimum of 2 drip campaigns/quarter, based on ManyChat insights and contacts
  • Successfully manage and launch a minimum of 1, integrated, multi-touch, multi-modal campaign per quarter.





Compensation Range: $55k-$65k
