About the role:

Pompa Program is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Coaching. As the Director of Coaching, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our coaching team to deliver exceptional support and guidance to clients on their health journey. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of coaching methodologies, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving collective and individual goals.


  • Develop and execute the strategic vision, business plan, and budget for the Coaching department, aligning with the company's overall mission and goals
  • Provide strong leadership to the Coaching team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive the evolution and impact of our Coaching program
  • Design and deliver coaching programs that align with evidence-based practices and meet the specific needs of our clients
  • Establish and maintain coaching guidelines, protocols, and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor program performance, conduct data analysis, and implement improvements based on feedback and insights
  • Lead the team responsible for recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and performance managing a diverse network of coaches
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and performance feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
  • Review Pod Leader performance and ensure consistency of coaching feedback across pods. This will be very important as we continue to scale
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, sales, client success, marketing, and operations, to drive the best client experience possible
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Coaching line of business, tracking progress and ensuring goals are met
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on coaching program performance, outcomes, and impact to share with internal stakeholders
  • Manage, build, and grow the health coach team at Pompa Program
  • Build systems

  • Build and manage a leadership team around PODs for smaller accountability groups, and checks and balances

  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing a large scale coaching operation. In a health-related environment is a plus
  • Have experience scaling from 100 coaches to 250+
  • Strong understanding of coaching methodologies, health, and wellness practices
  • Experience with HubSpot, Simplero, Canvas, Shopify, Gong, Google Suite, payroll
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Passion for the mission and values of Pompa Program
